It’s Easier than You Might Think—Consider What You Can Do:

1. Set a positive giving example for others by making your own HPI donation first—if you can do it, they can too!
2. Host a breakfast or small social event in your home to bring together current and prospective HPI supporters to learn more about our cause.
3. Tell HPI staff about potential donors and we will help to encourage their support.
4. Keep the HPI brochure in convenient locations such as your car, your office, your study, etc. so that you have quick access to it whenever you want to give it to someone.
5. We can always use help in soliciting in-kind donations to reduce our operating costs. Technology support, advertising, and fundraising event support are all things that would benefit HPI.
6. Join the Friends of HPI group to help with events, advocacy and other community happenings. Click on the link below for more details.
7. Help HPI spread the message of our work by arranging presentations at service organizations, neighborhood groups, etc. that you are a part of.
8. Please let us know if you would be interested in serving on a special project committee.
9. We can use your help in gaining media publicity for HPI. Please ask us how you can help.
10. Because you care about homelessness prevention, you’re an HPI Ambassador! Remember to share this passion with others you meet, and be sure to tell them how they can help too.
